Big Willie’s and Willie’s Lounge enter year-long partnership with Wasatch Roller Derby
Big Willie’s and Willie’s Lounge are excited to announce that the popular Salt Lake City bars are teaming up with Wasatch Roller Derby for a year-long partnership.
Big Willie’s and Willie’s Lounge will be the spot to hang out after games. Focused on delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a lively atmosphere, the local hotspots are known for creating a welcoming and fun environment in the community, and are looking forward to extending this into a partnership with the Wasatch Roller Derby.
Wasatch Roller Derby is Utah’s premier flat track roller derby league, known for its competitive spirit and inclusivity. The non-profit organization kicked off in 2008, dedicated to providing a safe place for people of all skill levels and backgrounds in their skating journey. The group’s facility, the Derby Depot, is home to four skating leagues and hosts games and tournaments nearly every weekend.
“Wasatch Roller Derby brings an unmatched energy and sense of community. We’re very proud to be partnering with them,” said Michelle Mannos, co-owner of Willie’s Lounge and Big Willie’s. “We are excited to be the spot where fans and skaters can come together and connect after the action.”
